From our workshop in Wexford, Ireland each bar is made using sustainably sourced single origin Ecuadorian chocolate and inspired by the flavours, landscape, designers and makers of Ireland.
Smoke and salt enveloped in creamy milk chocolate
We use Oriel smoked sea salt. Oriel take their kiln dried mineral sea salt and 90 year old Nicauraguan oak kegs freshly emptied from handcrafted Teeling Irish whiskey to create this incredible powerhouse of flavour.
To make this bar as smoky as possible they smoke our salt for a longer time.
Oriel Sea Salt is located at Port Oriel, metres from the seashore in the village of Clogherhead in Co. Louth.
